OCEAN CITY -- The Shell Lady wells up thinking about it. Summer is coming to an end, and so is life at the Ocean City Campground, where many of the same families have camped the same way for decades.
Trisha Kraker wakes up in the morning, opens her door, walks down her stairs and steps right into sand. She looks up and there it is — the Atlantic Ocean. For this, she pays less than $40 a night.
