The PGA Tour starts another season in Hawaii but a week late. The Sentry on Maui was canceled because of water issues, so the Sony Open in Honolulu will get the year started.

The reports cite multiple sources saying both Hawaii’s tour stops – the Sony Open at Waialae, and the Sentry Tournament of Champions at Kapalua – would be cut. If those two are dropped, sources say it’s likely the PGA Senior Tour stop at Hualalai would also be cut.
